Result- Based Performance Management System Objectives and Means of Verification for Teacher I-III School Year 2021-2022


This post shows what the proficient teachers need to attain regarding the implementation of Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) in the time of COVID-19. For the school year 2021-2022, teachers with the ranks of Teacher I, Teacher II, and Teacher III will be evaluated considering five key result areas and nineteen objective indicators. Aside from these, means of verifications can be read here for the teachers can use as bases. These information are contained in RPMS Tool for Teacher I-III (Proficient Teachers) in the time of COVID-19 S.Y. 2021-2022.

KRA 1: Content Knowledge and Pedagogy

1. Applied knowledge of content within and across curriculum teaching areas

14. Reviewed regularly personal teaching practice using existing laws and regulations that apply to the teaching profession and the responsibilities specified in the Code of Ethics for Professional Teachers
