The Learner Information System (LIS) allows now the teachers to tag their learners who were inoculated against COVID-19. This update appeared in the announcements yesterday, December 1, 2021.
The following data are needed in the new facility: (1) date of first shot, and (2) date of full vaccination. To input the needed information, follow the following steps:
1. Go to lis.deped.gov.ph.
2. Select List of Classes tab or Senior High School.
3. Select the class.
4. Find the name of the learner you want to update his/ her profile.
5. Scroll down to locate "Vaccination"
6. If the learner is vaccinated, click Yes and click Save.
7. Provide the date of first shot and the date of full vaccination. If the learner received Janssen, enter the date under full vaccination.
8. After providing the data, click Save.
